14.1 If some or all of the bottles of wine are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us as soon as possible. Photographic evidence of the breakage is required and must be emailed at the time of notification. Email pictures to email@example.com
14.2 You must notify us of all wines which are due to be returned for any of the reasons stated in these terms within 24 hours from delivery of the wine.
