Alison, Sue and Richard

Pruning Team

Vine pruning is thoughtful work, they must assess last year’s growth, plan the bud points for the upcoming year AND prepare the structure of the spurs for the following year. They prune on dry days from January to March, then tie down the canes in April.

Emma supports us all with admin, welcoming visiting customers, events, vineyard work, food preparation and the washing up!

Security and Pest Control

Luke is head of security and pest control.  He ensures all visitors have the appropriate smell and warns off any birds from eating the grapes.
