Hi, I’m Louise and with Mindfulness Meditation I can help you to become a happier you. Are you running on empty and constantly feeling like you’re not on top of things? Juggling life, work and home tasks, but feeling like you’re not achieving anything? This can be tough and stressful on anyone. You’re not alone! Mindfulness mediation can help you to understand what’s going on in your mind and body so that you can respond effectively.

10am Welcome, walk outside, meditation exercises with Louise
Midday Finish with tea and cake and a little taste of the wine grown on Hanwell Wine Estate and the chance to buy a bottle to take home
