Glass Flower Workshop
Sunday 6th December 12.45pm to 3.30pm
Come and join us in this fantastic new workshop and create you own hand made glass flower. Spend time relaxing and enjoy your creativity flow while trying something new.
Our tutor Katherine Wilson will guide you through the step by step process, giving you the opportunity to get hands on with your glass creation.
You will learn to cut glass and once you have your flower shape you will then use a wide variety of accessory glass including glassline paint, crushed glass and glass rods to decorate your flower. The final stage is making the mould to create its unique shape. Your flower will then be fired and fitted with a copper stem for you to position in your garden or place in a vase.
Perfect for beginners, glass cutting is involved. You will make one unique flower which will be 9cm in diameter and 30cm height.
