Aurora Borealis is so called because one night when late wine making Tony Skuriat, winemaker saw the Northern Lights from the Nottinghamshire winery door.
Tasting Notes: With a pale pink colour, this fresh wine displays aromas of raspberry, strawberry and red apple which are reflected on the palate.
Serving Suggestions This Rose would pair perfectly with Asian food, such as a Thai green curry or Sushi.
Serving: To enhance the flavours of this wine we recommend it is served chilled, between 7 – 10oC.
Storage: The winemaker recommends this wine should be enjoyed within 2 years.
Dietary: This is made using no animal products and is vegetarian and vegan.
