From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – a fresh dry white, with nettle and citrus notes dominant in quite a complex flavour profile.
Now in a green bottle.
Made primarily from the Madeleine Angevine grape variety. An aromatic, herbacious flavour, featuring nettles and complex earthy notes. It has a long finish, in which a gentle sweetness emerges. Particularly good with sea food and chicken.
This is made using no animal products and is vegetarian and vegan.
