We are delighted to be hosting our 3rd Arts, Crafts & Rural Skills Fayre on the9th June at Hanwell Wine Estate and we would be delighted if you can join us.

2018 was a very busy year for Rural Antics Crafts at Hanwell Wine Estate, hosting a variety of workshops, vineyard tours and obviously selling lots of lovely local wine. We have welcomed some fabulous customers to the estate and have built up a significant following of regular guests. The demand for our wine and workshops continues to grow and we want you to be part of it and showcase your unique gifts and skills at our festival.

So join us and help make 2019 Arts, Crafts & Wine Festival a success, put the date in your diary! 


Date: 9th June 2019

Time Set up:  from 9.30am or night prior if pre arranged

Fayre opening time: 11am

Closing & breakdown: 4.00pm

Stall holders nibbles & wine tasting: 4.30pm  (Join us and sample our wine for free! our thank you to you for joining us) 

Stall space: 6ft x 6ft        We can provide a mix of table sizes if required (subject to availability on request only)

Please note – space is limited to the number of stalls we can accommodate, some stalls will be inside the barn and others outside. We can not guarantee your location inside so please provide your own gazebo. 

We encourage were ever possible to provide demos/ tasters of your craft to gain interest in your product or service.


Cost & action from you:

Cost: £30.00 per crafting stall

Includes: your 6ft space, free onsite parking, a free tea or coffee from our Tea Shop and wine tasting with nibbles at the end of the day. (We like to look after our crafters)

Book by date: Friday 1st March 12 noon to reserve your space. Bookings received after this time will only be taken if we have space.

To book: please add to ‘basket’ see at the top of the page then and go through the ‘checkout’ process,  payment will be required to reserve your space. Please also add a note in the ‘comments’ stating what craft and products you will be selling.



We will strive to ensure we get adequate coverage of the event.

Our advertising commitment:

Banner displayed outside the estate on the main road.

Press releases to local newspapers, magazines and radio stations.

Mail shot to our database.

Social media -Facebook and Twitter via Hanwell Wine Estate & Rural Antics pages and would appreciate your support with sharing on your own pages if you host any.

Distribution of posters and flyers throughout Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and surrounding towns and villages.

Why you should join us:

We want to show case the creative talent and skills of all crafters in one place. This is an opportunity for you to display and sell an array of your products and work to the public. We pride ourselves on selecting local handmade crafters only and no brought in goods are allowed, this is our key focus. We endeavour to attract as many customers to the estate to meet you. We obviously can not guarantee this but will strive to do our best.

Please note – Rural Antics runs a variety of workshops at the estate and we are always on the look out for more talented crafters that can run workshops, such as mosaic, needle felt, calligraphy and more. If you know anyone who can offer a unique skill who may be interested in running a workshop with us please pass on our details to them. Terms and Conditions of booking

Product criteria – We reserve the right to reject any bookings that does not fit the nature of the event, please ensure the products you showcase and sell are hand crafted as no brought in goods are allowed. In the event your products does not fit this criteria we will contact you and refund your payment.

Cancellation of stall – we sincerely hope that you do join us on the day but we all know that somethings happen outside our control. If this is the case and you do have to cancel please call us immediately, we can not guarantee a refund of your stand cost.

Insurance – please ensure you are adequately insured, for all potential risks and for public liability.  We will not be held responsible for accidents, theft and damage either caused by you or suffered by you.

We do hope we have the opportunity of welcoming you to the estate for this event and to showcase your business.
